I am a spiritually based life coach, who loves helping others feel better, find clarity, heal and transform their lives. I'd love the opportunity to join you on your path. Click the link below or select the book now tab to review some of my current offerings.
Within this Blog I will share with you a window into me, the people and experiences that have led me to where I am today. Some of the topics you can expect on this journey with me are relationships, growth, loss, perspective of a young widow, comfort, peace, family, nature, spirituality, mediumship, hope, the power within, guides, faith, soulmate bonds, healing, purpose, kindness, strength, unity, love, natural laws, God, Heaven, Angels, work, balance and LIGHT.
The category "A Journey thru Grief" will walk you through a very trying time for my family. I'll share with you details of that time that no one, no matter how close, has ever seen. A journal exposing the raw truth of loss and the depths of pain no one around me ever saw through the smile I made myself wear. Its important for me to share as I know how I felt then, like no one could possibly understand and thus I was alone. If I can bring some comfort to even one person going through an experience similar to mine then its worth reliving that period in my writing. I made it, I've grown and rebuilt my life. I'm living proof that there is life and peace on the other side of tremendous loss.
In "Finding Peace" I'll share with you my current journey. One where my intuition starts leading and my ego steps aside to allow me to move forward on my spiritual journey to living the life intended for me. One filled with love, purpose, service, happiness, abundance and peace.

As a mother to six children, three of whom are grown and out of the house I find myself wanting to be in many places at the same time. Over the past year my eldest daughter has been stationed in Florida as an Air Force medic and my middle son has been stationed in Italy as an Army Engineer. I'm beyond proud of all of their dedication, hard work and bravery. Having said that I miss their smiling faces around the hous...Read Full Post »

Why have we become accustomed to backing away from those things we truly want most? That awesome new job, that soulmate relationship or simply a lifestyle that we’d love to live. Why do we allow ourselves to become convinced that what we want just isn’t possible, we shouldn’t want it or even that we don’t deserve it? Isn’t it time we take back control of our own lives? I mean this isn&...Read Full Post »

In the face of turmoil you can choose to seek Pity or Power.
Now saying this I don’t mean muscling your way in and taking away someone else’s power I simply mean reclaiming your own. Regardless of what we are encountering we always have a choice. We can sit back like spectators letting life happen to us, which in times of turmoil often means having self-pity, feelin...Read Full Post »

I am the last of nine children, I have six older brothers and two older sisters. I love all of my siblings but certainly most of our relationships now are quite different than when we were growing up. We are spread out across a couple of states. Some I am closer to as an adult and some much more distant. Oddly there’s one that I never felt like I knew well as a child and still don’t as an adult. It’s strange to look at the various personalities and know that ...Read Full Post »

“I want for nothing, my heart is full. This life, this heartbeat, this breath is a magnificent blessing given to me because of my desire for growth. I will not waste it. I will use it to its fullest and I will help all I encounter to do the same. “
The passage above is part of a free write I did this week. Recently, I have found myself torn between multiple ...Read Full Post »

Life is Beautiful
It is full of simple joys. Every day things that brighten our days. Here is our in-process family list. Noah is eight years old. I asked him to name a few things that bring him happiness. Without prompting he gave me this list, which includes two dogs, one of his five siblings, carrots, hot chocolate and a teddy bear shaped bath accessory among other things.

This life is a reflection of all we do, say, feel and think. The energy we emit will always return to us in one form or another. Therefore whatever you wish to see you must first be.

It’s amazing that even after 13 years there are still times that one glance at his photo triggers butterflies. Moments when the memory of his presence returns in a wave that floods over me. I can’t help but smile as I feel his energy. Vividly remembering how it felt to be in the same room with him, to have him give me the biggest hug and smile that smile that made every worry melt away. I am beyond thankful for the thirteen years we had together. For the friendship...Read Full Post »
